Only now is the country&#39;s economy emerging stronger and in better shape. During the darkest times, property prices dropped by up to 30%. Since then, transaction volumes have risen by 33% overall since their lowest point in 2013, and increased by 18% in 2016. Prices levelled out at a similar rate.]]></description>
